Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Lift Operator to join our production and warehouse team in Americus, Georgia. This is a full-time position with required overtime, offering steady hours in a safety-driven environment. If you re dependable, certified, and skilled at operating standup or reach forklifts, we d like to hear from you.

Job Requirements As a Reach Lift Operator, you will play a key role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently within the warehouse and production floor. You ll be responsible for using RF scanners, managing pallet inventory, and accurately recording work orders using onboard computer systems. The ideal candidate is someone who understands warehouse safety, can work independently, and has a track record of reliability.
This position involves physical activity including lifting, reaching, climbing ladders, and standing or walking for extended periods. Candidates must also be comfortable working in hot or cold environments and be able to follow all company safety policies.

Job Responsibilities
Operate reach lift and standup forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Use RF scanners and onboard computer systems to track materials
Keep pallets and storage areas organized and in good condition
Use hand tools as needed for minor adjustments or tasks
Follow detailed work orders and complete all assigned duties
Support warehouse team with related tasks and maintain a clean workspace
Work flexible hours and overtime as required by the production schedule
Adhere to all company safety standards and policies
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Experience using warehouse equipment and basic computer systems
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proven commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness
Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
