Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with options including 6:45 AM, 6:45 PM, 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM

• Maintain 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in emergency department

• Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation alongside permanent staff

• Dress code: hunter green pants, white top, and white jacket

• Must have 2 years of specialty experience and 1 travel contract

• Strict 75-mile radius rule enforced for housing

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), NIHSS, TNCC

• 3-shift floor-specific orientation provided

• Use MEDITECH EMR system for documentation

• Handle 70 patients per day ranging from neonates to geriatrics

• Treat minor walk-in cases to trauma situations

• Perform own lab draws and IV insertions

• Work with 12 beds including 2 trauma bays and 1 seclusion room

• Fast track clinic has 4 rooms for ESI 4-5 level patients

• Trauma patients stabilized and transferred via airvac

• Pediatric patients transferred out when needed

• Work alongside 1 MD per shift and 2 staggered mid-levels

• Support from paramedics, ER techs, and nurse externs available

• No floating required between units

• Ventilator experience required
