Job Description

The Service Coordinator will work closely with the Service Manager to oversee repair operations, support customer communication, manage repair schedules, and ensure all jobs are completed safely, correctly, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical knowledge and strong organizational and communication skills who is looking to grow into a leadership role.

Job Requirements
  • Assist the Service Manager with daily scheduling and repair coordination.
  • Communicate with customers for updates, questions, and service recommendations.
  • Manage work orders, job tracking, and documentation of repairs.
  • Support technicians with parts ordering, reviewing job requirements, and resolving minor technical issues.
  • Monitor shop workflow to maintain schedule and productivity.
  • Assist with inventory and parts management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and company policies.
  • Step in to lead or manage tasks in the absence of the Service Manager.
    • Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
  • Good mechanical understanding.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills for managing work orders and parts.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
