ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the company's invoices, including coding, processing, and research. In addition, the position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

• Invoice processing – research and entry
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Prepare daily receivable deposits
• Assist collections to verify status of delinquent accounts
• Provide support to other groups in accounting as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's Degree preferred

• 2-4 years experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting position
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision and to problem‑solve
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Analytical abilities, team‑working capabilities, and a results‑oriented approach
• Ability to work in a high‑volume department
