Position Summary

BUILT Brands is seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Shift Supervisor to lead warehouse operations during swing or graveyard shifts at our Provo, Utah facility. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse team members, ensuring accurate inventory movement, supporting production needs, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and leads by example to drive performance and accountability.

• Supervise and lead warehouse team members during assigned shift
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet production and customer deadlines
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and material movements within the ERP system
• Oversee picking, staging, loading, unloading, and replenishment processes
• Monitor productivity and workflow to ensure operational efficiency
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• Enforce company policies, GMP standards, and safety procedures
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate goals and expectations
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Address and resolve operational or personnel issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of warehouse experience required
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in food manufacturing or CPG environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working swing or graveyard shifts
