Title: Fleet Manager

Location: American Fork and Provo, Utah (Only local candidates will be considered)

Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Compensation: $65-$75K

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of all motorized fleet assets across both BUILT Brands LLC facilities. This includes on-road vehicles and material‑handling equipment. The role owns fleet reliability, safety, compliance, vendor coordination, fueling programs, and cost control to ensure uninterrupted operational support. Our fleet consists of the following:

• 3 Box trucks
• 2 pickups
• 3 delivery vans
• 1 food truck
• 1 dump trailer
• 7 turret
• 10 forklifts
• 20 riders
• 25 walk‐backers

• Manage the purchasing, onboarding, maintenance, repair, and retirement of all motorized fleet assets.
• Oversee on‑road vehicles including box trucks, vans, pickup trucks, and company cars.
• Manage material‑handling equipment including forklifts, turret trucks, rider pallet jacks, and walk‑behind equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs (oil changes, tires, windshields, brakes, and general service).
• Ensure all fleet assets are properly registered, insured, titled, and DOT‑compliant where applicable.
• Manage insurance claims, accident reporting, repair coordination, and documentation.
• Oversee fueling operations, including gas cards, fuel usage tracking, and receipt reconciliation.
• Coordinate truck rentals as needed to support operational demands.
• Manage vehicle wraps and branding, including installation, repair, replacement, and removal.
• Maintain accurate fleet records for mileage, inspections, service intervals, and compliance.
• Establish and manage vendor relationships for vehicle purchasing, leasing, maintenance, rentals, fueling, repairs, and wrapping services.
• Train drivers and equipment operators on safe operation and company standards; serve as lead driver when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency, safety, uptime, and cost effectiveness.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational, planning, and vendor‑management skills.
• Working knowledge of vehicle and material‑handling equipment maintenance.
• Prior fleet, equipment, or operations experience preferred.
