Areyou a good fit for this Building Inspector II or III job?
To thrive in this position you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, 4‑5 years of experience in a related field such as building construction or electrician certification, and a State of Utah Combination Inspector License. Basic four I.C.C. residential certifications and the four essential commercial certifications (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, & Building Inspection) are required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to interpret and apply building codes effectively, and a current Driver's License are essential for success.
KnowledgeAnd Skills Required For The Position Are
- High School diploma or equivalent; 4‑5 years of experience in a related field such as building construction, electrician certification, or a combination of education and experience.
- State of Utah Combination Inspector License.
- Basic four I.C.C. residential certifications and the four basic commercial certifications (Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical & Building Inspection).
- Must have a current Driver's License.
