Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 an hour

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facilities and Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing eCommerce company that’s disrupting the protein bar industry. This hands‑on role will support day‑to‑day maintenance operations and help ensure our facility is running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be solutions‑oriented, proactive, and eager to tackle challenges in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
• Assist with equipment setup, workstation adjustments, and basic fabrication tasks.
• Support remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulatory standards.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and service visits.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Monitor building systems for potential hazards or inefficiencies.
• Assist in emergency repairs or urgent facility needs as required.

• 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (for logging work orders, tracking maintenance tasks, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces if needed.
