Sign Installer / Fabricator

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays

$18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Sign Installer to join our team. This position’s primary responsibility is installing signs in the field, with additional duties assisting in sign fabrication in the shop.

• Install interior and exterior signage (vinyl, channel letters, wall signs, monument signs, etc.)
• Operate lifts, ladders, and basic power tools safely
• Ensure clean, professional installations that represent our company well
• Assist in sign fabrication and preparation when not in the field
• Load, transport, and organize materials and tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Experience installing signs preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
