Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1814) role s position is a part-time specialty sales role focused on delivering a guest-focused experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising. The starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Utilize store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist with guest needs.
• Sort and move freight to the sales floor, locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs, and set visual presentations per visual merchandising guides.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by performing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to support a guest-ready floor.
• Backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests; re-merchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; ensure merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is worked back to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU); comply with applicable adult beverage laws where required.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds with or without assistance; work in varying temperatures and environments; maintain mobility during shifts.
