The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving store performance in alignment with company standards. Key duties include managing staff, overseeing inventory and financial controls, implementing company policies, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance. The role also requires fostering a positive, productive work environment and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time on-site role based in American Fork, UT.

• Leadership and management skills, including team coaching, conflict resolution, and mentoring
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, profit and loss management, and inventory control
• Customer service and communication skills to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
• Ability to implement and enforce operational guidelines, safety standards, and compliance regulations
• Experience in training staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work culture
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business management is a plus
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
