Shift: Day/Swing/Grave

Pay: $23.00 to $26.00 an hour

Our Quality Assurance Inspectors play a critical role in protecting the quality, consistency, and safety behind every BUILT product that leaves our facility. This position ensures our standards are met at every stage of production, helping us deliver category‑defining products that our customers trust.

• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products, materials, and processes throughout production.
• Audit process as they are running to ensure all checks are performed and documented correctly.
• Ensure processes are running within established parameters.
• Accurately document findings, complete inspection logs, and maintain detailed quality records.
• Identify defects, deviations, or quality concerns and escalate issues promptly.
• Partner closely with Production, Sanitation, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.
• Review and interpret specifications, SOPs, and technical documents to ensure product and process compliance.
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environment while following all food safety, GMP, and safety protocols.
• Support the team by performing other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of verifiable experience inspecting food products or similar preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to follow procedures, identify issues, and communicate effectively across teams.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
