Grounds Keepers​/Maintenace

Full-Time Maintenance person/couple

Looking for a reliable individual/couple to maintain the grounds, facilities, and security of our 10-acre marina property. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage a variety of outdoor tasks, and interact professionally with club members and the public.(On-site residency required)

• Skills: Experience with hand tools, lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers), tractors, and side‑by‑side. Basic laptop skills required for security monitoring and gate access management.
• Physical: Ability to lift 40 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Administrative: Excellent English communication (read/write). Ability to track inventory on spreadsheets and report to the Board.
• Compliance: Valid Utah Driver’s License (or obtained within 30 days), personal liability insurance, and a functional personal vehicle for errands. Must pass a drug test upon request.
• Grounds & Equipment: Weekly mowing, weeding, sprinkler repair, and pest/weed control chemical application. Perform light maintenance on mowers and machinery.
• Janitorial: Clean and stock clubhouse and bathrooms (up to 3x daily on weekends/holidays). Laundry of clubhouse linens and snow removal.
• Security & Admin: Monitor security cameras, manage gate access cards, and patrol? for trespassers. Collect camping/rental fees and maintain supply levels (propane, gas, ice).
• Reporting: Conduct weekly RV/vehicle inventory. Attend monthly Board Meetings to report on property status, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
