Compensation:$130 - $150K + bonus

Your Role:The Senior Manager, Innovation leads the end-to-end development and commercialization of new products, from consumer insight and concept creation through launch and in-market performance. This role shapes the innovation pipeline, identifies growth opportunities, and partners cross-functionally to bring differentiated products to market that drive brand and business impact.
What You’ll Do:- Identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive insights to uncover whitespace opportunities
- Define near‑ and long‑term innovation platforms aligned with brand, category, and growth objectives
- Translate insights into differentiated product concepts and scalable innovation pipelines
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to deliver products on time and within budget
- Design and lead consumer testing and rapid iteration to validate product‑market fit
- Develop go-to‑market strategies, forecasts, and launch plans to support customer sell‑in
- Track post‑launch performance, optimize positioning and messaging, and embed learnings into future innovation efforts
- 7+ years of experience in CPG or challenger brand marketing, with at least 5 years in product innovation (food and/or beverage required)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or food science is preferred, MBA is ideal.
- Proven success launching new products, including line or category extensions with complete lifecycle management and go‑to‑market strategies
- Strong foundation in brand strategy, consumer insights, packaging, and portfolio management
- Deep experience partnering cross‑functionally on commercialization
- Comfort operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with a strong bias for action
- Experience leading gated innovation processes and strong financial acumen (volume, margin, P&L impact
- Experience in health, wellness, and better-for-you categories is preferred
- High energy drive and passion for working collaboratively
