Sign Manufacturing​/Installer

Job Summary

We are a small, fast‑paced sign shop seeking a reliable and hands‑on team member to join our crew. The Manufacturing/Installer Technician will be responsible for producing and installing a variety of signage products, including vinyl graphics, dimensional signs, banners, vehicle wraps, and more. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Fabricate signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and other substrates
• Operate equipment such as plotters, laminators, printers, and hand/power tools
• Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to signs and surfaces
• Install signs at customer sites (indoor/outdoor, including ladders/lifts as needed)
• Perform vehicle graphic installations (training provided if necessary)
• Follow work orders and shop drawings accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and vehicle
• Communicate with team members and clients in a professional manner
• Adhere to all safety procedures and shop protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sign fabrication or installation preferred, but not required
• Comfortable using power tools and measuring equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
• Basic computer skills (experience with design software like Adobe Illustrator or Flexi is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Shop and field environment (some outdoor work required in varying weather)
• Small team, cross‑trained roles, supportive atmosphere
• Occasional overtime or flexible hours depending on project needs
