** ABOUT THIS ROLE
** As a Senior Workday Developer, you'll be a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex configurations and integrations within our Workday ecosystem. You'll work across HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules to deliver solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system performance. This role requires deep technical expertise in Workday configuration, integration development, and reporting, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You'll partner closely with business stakeholders and the Workday platform team to drive continuous optimization and innovation.
** ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Design, configure, and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, security roles, notifications, and advanced configurations across HCM, Financials, and Payroll modules
* Develop and maintain complex Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs to connect with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, ITSM, and third-party applications
* Build and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and advanced reporting capabilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
* Lead technical design sessions and provide expertise on Workday capabilities, best practices, and system limitations
* Collaborate with business partners in HR, Finance, and Payroll to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Participate in biannual Workday release management, conducting impact analysis and implementing new features and functionality
* Develop comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, data mapping, integration architecture, and configuration guides
* Support testing efforts for system enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations
* Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between Workday and integrated systems
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and proposing technical solutions
** OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
*** 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience with deep expertise across multiple modules (HCM, Financials, and/or Payroll required)
* Strong technical proficiency in Workday configuration including business processes, calculated fields, custom validations, and security design
* Extensive experience developing Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs
* Advanced skills in Workday reporting including Report Writer, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Prism Analytics
* Solid understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll business processes and how they translate into system requirements
* Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and ensuring data quality and integrity
* Familiarity with integration patterns between Workday and enterprise systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, or Service Now
