Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You will create personalized care plans for patients and observe and communicate effectively in the patient s best interest.

To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
• Experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required

Additional Information

• Close in proximity to Saratoga Springs and surrounding areas (Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Cedar Fort)
• Must be available to see patients 2-3x per week (Mon-Fri)
• On call 1 week night per week and 1 weekend per month
