The Assistant Superintendent Elementary plans, organizes and directs the operation and administration of the elementary schools. The Assistant Superintendent Elementary has supervisory responsibility for elementary administrative teams and consults with other district administrators on matters which pertain to the operation and administration of the K-6 schools. The Assistant Superintendent Elementary reviews and monitors all elementary school budgets and makes recommendations; and serves as mentor and coach for elementary school leaders.
This position will serve as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet and assumes responsibility for other administrative services as assigned.
Credentials, education and experience
- Master's degree required
- Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor required.
