Executive Assistant / Accounts Payable Clerk Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to support the company owners while also assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) responsibilities as availability allows.
This role requires flexibility and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable balancing both personal and accounting-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Run business and personal errands as needed
- Handle correspondence and follow-up communications
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational needs
- Office Management
- Enter and process invoices accurately
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable personal vehicle required and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to run errands locally, you will be reimbursed for miles driven
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems preferred
