• Develop non-league schedule and conduct daily practices.
• Manage equipment and travel with the team to away games.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and players; attend league meetings.
• Plan end-of-season awards and recognition events.
• Provide oversight and responsibility for the entire Water Polo Boys program (all levels).

• Experience in Water Polo and coaching, with a track record of working with high school student-athletes.
• Commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest, NFHS Concussion in Sports, NFHS Heat and Illness prevention, and all Napa Valley Unified School District HR required documents.
• The season begins in August and runs through November, with some off-season activities expected.
• District stipend is described as provided at the end of the season.
