Job type: Part‑time or full‑time
Location: Napa County – Napa, Calistoga, Angwin, St. Helena, Yountville, American Canyon
Schedule: Monday‑Friday sessions anytime from 8 AM – 8 PM PST, and/or weekends
Work setting: Travel (in‑home hours and some telehealth)

What You’ll Be Doing

The Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) Supervisor position is an opportunity for a qualified professional to serve as a Qualified Autism Service Professional (QASP). In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and oversee the implementation of ABA programs by Behavior Technicians. You will also develop and execute individualized treatment plans with guidance from a BCBA, Licensed Individual, or Clinical Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement personalized ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or delays, in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
  • Deliver individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve treatment goals.
  • Train, supervise, and guide Behavior Interventionists, reviewing client progress regularly.
  • Conduct assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R, Vineland‑III) and define target behaviors with guidance from the BCBA or Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
  • Develop and manage behavioral intervention plans that promote adaptive skills and functional communication.
  • Empower parents, caregivers, and support staff with intervention strategies integrated into daily routines.
  • Analyze data, evaluate progress, and provide written reports to ensure evidence‑based strategies remain effective.
  • Build supportive relationships with clients, families, and staff to foster collaboration.
  • Manage ABA session schedules, making adjustments or cancellations as needed for consistent delivery.
  • Meet regularly with families and caregivers in‑home to review progress and refine interventions.
  • Work primarily with children and adolescents up to 18 years of age.
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in implementing behavior modification or in a similar role.
  • Consistent schedule availability (afternoons/evenings with some weekend/morning availability).
  • Background check, physical (past year) and TB test (past 90 days).
  • CPR & First Aid Certification.
  • Reliable transportation, valid auto insurance, and driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel within the county.
Nice to Have
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Spanish speaking.
