GOFO collaborates with leading Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to deliver exceptional last-mile delivery services. We ensure reliable, cost-efficient parcel deliveries with real-time tracking and optimized routing. By leveraging advanced technology, we streamline the delivery process, enhancing transparency and flexibility.
Responsibilities- Efficiently sort and organize packages by zip code for timely delivery by Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Conduct training sessions for temporary workers on sorting procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with DSPs to effectively resolve delivery issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and establish potential partnerships with new DSPs to expand our delivery network.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to foster a safe working environment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained to promote efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate truck dispatch and ensure smooth delivery operations, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Design and implement efficient delivery routes for drivers to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency.
- Track and manage exception cases, including damaged, lost, or delayed parcels, to mitigate risks and maintain service quality.
- Work closely with relevant teams to resolve issues proactively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management to support warehouse operations and company goals.

- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage complex tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes, including proficiency in relevant software.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with a diverse team and client base.
- Morning shift from 6 AM to 3 PM.
- Pittsburgh, Delaware, Syracuse, Buffalo, East Hartford, Maryland and other cities across the Eastern United States.
