* We are on the lookout for a brilliant Sous Chef to support our award winning venue in Ambleside, near the stunning Stock Ghyll Force. * Requiring a mix of daytime and evening shifts in an ever evolving business, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special. We are searching for a Chef who will:
* Take responsibility and lead by example

A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.

* Assist the Head Chef in leading, managing and developing a dynamic culinary team

* Support the Head Chef in creating and planning menus including signature specials

* Show adaptability and embrace change and new ideas

* Have experience in managing food cost and inventories according to monthly targets

* Maintain standards in food storage, rotation, quality and appearance

* Create prep lists for the kitchen team

* Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations Job Types: Full-time, xekaoyc Permanent Pay: £33,000.00 per year Benefits:
