- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay – $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time – Every 2 weeks
- Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completed a 120‑hour CDL school
- Success in a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
