Job Title: Highway Construction Worker (with or without Driver’s License)

Position Overview: As a Highway Construction Worker at HJC, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the safety of Texas highways. Your responsibilities will include installing and maintaining guardrails, cable barriers, concrete barrier walls, and road signs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working on projects that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain road barriers and signs
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team
• Travel within Texas (Monday through Friday)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license (if applying for the position with a driver's license)
• Construction or related experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
