Overview
Seeking a full-time band repair technician. Previous brass and woodwind repair is beneficial but not required. A repair technician is responsible for repairs, estimates, and communicating with customers and sales staff. The technician is required to complete repairs promptly and communicate effectively with the customer regarding repair needs, assessments, extended time, and any additional parts needed.
Responsibilities- Perform repairs and provide estimates for brass and woodwind instruments, where applicable.
- Communicate with customers and sales staff regarding repair status, needs, and part requirements.
- Complete repairs promptly and keep customers informed about any delays or extended timelines.
- Identify required parts and communicate needs clearly to customers and the workshop.
- Experience with brass and woodwind repair is beneficial but not required.
Availability:
Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays during the year. Pay Scale:
Hourly rate based on experience.
