You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners by providing honest, integrity-driven assessments of their property’s structural health. This role offers the chance to leverage our proven 50-year training system to achieve high-earning potential without needing prior sales experience.

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate foundation issues and present lasting structural solutions.
• Execute the company’s specialized sales system to ensure consistent results and customer satisfaction.
• Build authentic relationships with clients through a personable approach rooted in honesty and integrity.
• Generate compelling project proposals that clearly communicate the value of our specialized services.
• Complete all necessary sales contracts and project documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Inform potential clients of our products to help them protect their largest financial investments.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong commitment to ethical communication and walking in integrity with every customer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in a face-to-face setting.
• Sharp attention to detail when documenting site conditions and customer requirements.

• Background in construction, home improvement, or trades is highly beneficial.
• Limited to no prior sales experience is preferred as we provide comprehensive system training.
• Resilient mindset with a desire to succeed in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
• High earning potential of $100k+ driven by a competitive commission structure.
