Job SummaryIn the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door‑to‑door team, you will work in the ever‑changing consumer landscape, guiding customers through our full suite of Optimum products and services—including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies—to ensure their solution best fits their needs.
Responsibilities- Customized Solutions: Craft tailored telecom packages that leave customers speechless with satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technology.
- Sales Pitch: Master the art of persuasion in the field, addressing concerns and objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled.
- Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
- Relationship Building: Provide post‑sales support, turning customers into lifelong advocates.

Minimum Qualifications and
Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated with a knack for independent work.
- Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk in the work environment.
- Ability to work full time.

- Bilingual preferred to support effective communication with diverse customers.

Pay RangeBase salary at time of hire: $40,000, plus commissions. Estimated pay range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (base plus estimated commissions). Commissions are estimated and not guaranteed.
