Job SummaryIn the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Responsibilities- Customised Solutions:
Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages that leave them speechless with satisfaction. - Product Knowledge:
Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological wizardry. - Sales Pitch:
Become a master of persuasion selling in the field, showcasing the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, and addressing customer concerns and objections. - Closing Deals:
Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life. - Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. - Relationship Building:

Collaboration:

Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. - Compliance:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivator with a knack for working independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing within the state of current residence.
- Physical abilities:
Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking. - Ability to work full time.
- Bilingual preferred to support effective communication with diverse employee and/or customer populations.
- Sales‑centric mindset:
