• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients  insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Present and explain insurance products and services to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency sales goals and objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous education and training.

• Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and overcome challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses as required for the role.
