Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding customer service and promote company products;
Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment processes, pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in and system reporting for processes;
Assist with stocking, inventory, and general operations including replenishment from inventory;
Meet or exceed performance standards related to shrink, safety, Omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
