  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Deliver sales, outstanding customer experiences, and meet operational expectations.
  • Maintain personal and team productivity goals.
  • Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
  • Learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge, current and upcoming trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of retail experience.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Motivated to achieve great results driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products.
  • Initiates and completes tasks independently.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
