Overview
The member assistant – cart attendant role supports creating a great member experience by keeping the parking area well-maintained, assisting members with purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. This role requires you to be on your feet and on the move in all weather, helping members load vehicles and assist with their needs to deliver a positive first and last impression.
Basepay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
Responsibilities- Assist members in the club and help keep the parking lot clean and organized.
- Help members with purchases and load items into their vehicles as needed.
- Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and ready for member use.
- Provide a positive attitude, greet and thank members, and maintain a neat, member-ready area.
- Answer member questions and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility, and follow company policies for handling merchandise and safety practices.
- Assist with transporting items and locating merchandise; organize designated areas and manage cart retrieval.
- Support with operations to ensure member issues are resolved and services promoted.
- Adhere to company policies, Open Door Policy, and related business processes and practices.
Ensures club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pickup times are delayed or when products are unavailable; informs members of alternatives when needed; ensures items are packaged and dispensed when members arrive for pickup; resolves member issues and promotes company products and services.
Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety checks; follows procedures for handling merchandise; reports unsafe conditions to facility management.
Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, and assisting with payments and transactions using company policies and procedures; locates and organizes merchandise; keeps designated areas organized and carts available; assists with transporting items and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.
Complies with policies, procedures, and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in daily operations.
Completes work by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and coworkers, adhering to deadlines, and adapting to changes and feedback.
