We are currently looking for the right Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team s role offers hourly pay with potential commissions.

We are seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff of the store to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The role greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions.

The associates will work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. It offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures in line with store policies.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policy and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training successfully.
• Other related duties as needed.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform basic math.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and across multiple locations as needed.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
