We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitter to join our dynamic team. The Fitter is responsible for fitting customers with the right products, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their uses to provide informed customer service.
• Handle cash register duties, including processing transactions and managing cash handling.
• Manage stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting relevant products and driving sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all displays and fixtures are in good condition.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.

• Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Proficiency in stock management and inventory control.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment.
• Ability to sell and upsell products, with a focus on promoting relevant products and driving sales growth.
• High-energy sales personality with a passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
