Job SummaryAs an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the ability to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

Experience:
Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service. - Sales & Performance:
Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets. - Operational Excellence:
Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; uphold company policies and health & safety regulations. - Team
Collaboration:
Work with team members to achieve sales and operational goals; adhere to store policies and safety regulations. - Other duties and projects as required.
- Experience:
Retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred. - Customer-Centric:
Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences. - Communication &
Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Tech-Savvy:
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Set weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
- Clear spoken English for customer communication.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and sales reports.
- Prolonged standing (approximately 4 to 14 hours per day).
- Stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching to stock merchandise.
- May climb ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
- Lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; higher weights in some circumstances.
- Good vision, including color differentiation.
- Moderately noisy retail environment.
