  Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of service.
• Sales & Performance:
  Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and meeting sales targets.
• Operational Excellence:
  Participate in daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance; uphold company policies and health & safety regulations.

• Experience:
  
  Retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.

  Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Set weekly availability including mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance per company policies.
• Clear spoken English for customer communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and sales reports.

• Prolonged standing (approximately 4 to 14 hours per day).
• Stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching to stock merchandise.
• May climb ladders or stairs to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; higher weights in some circumstances.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.
