Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Team
Location: Amarillo, TX and surrounding areas
Employment Type: PRN (As-needed)
Pay Rate: $40–$50 per visit (Paid weekly)
Preferred Availability: 3-4 days a week

Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse on our skilled team, you will deliver in-home nursing care including wound care, IV infusions, and medication administration. You’ll enjoy the independence of managing your own schedule while providing personalized care to your patients. Best of all, this role does not require OASIS documentation, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most—your patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV therapy, and medication administration

Build strong patient relationships through one-on-one care

Coordinate your schedule directly with patients, offering flexibility and balance

Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols

Qualifications:

Active Texas RN license required

Minimum 1 year nursing experience in ER, Med‑Surg, or acute care preferred

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered approach
