The First Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a proven track record in real estate and hospitality, excellent project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns for both hospitality and real estate sectors.
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities across multiple properties and projects to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to design and implement strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in both the hospitality and real estate markets.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, media, and industry influencers.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote The First Group’s hospitality and real estate offerings.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on hospitality and/or real estate.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
• Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
