In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

Location:

Madison, WI (requires relocation; company provides full relocation assistance). This role is based on Epic's campus in Madison, WI.

This role seeks an exceptional litigator and counselor to manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on competitive landscape, and help navigate legal risks as the company expands. The level of responsibility will match skillset and increase rapidly.

• 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Detail-oriented, creative, with excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
