Benefits Consultant​/Team Lead

With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

• Lead client relationship strategy for high-value employee benefits accounts, guiding renewals, plan design, implementation, and compliance while serving as the primary client advisor across market trends and regulatory requirements
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, allocating resources, driving service excellence, and supporting regional client needs, including up to 50% travel within the West Texas market
• Drive strategic growth and operational excellence by expanding the book of business, collaborating with leadership on business development, and overseeing proposals, analytics, compliance, and team training initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of employee benefits or insurance experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Active Life and Health insurance license required
• Professional certifications such as CEBS, GBA, or PHR preferred

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.
