• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Present and explain insurance products and services to clients in a clear and persuasive manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the agency management system
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency sales goals and objectives
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through continuous education and training

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and overcome challenges
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of insurance products and the financial services market preferred
• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses as required for the role
