Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and desired outcomes in the Lead-to-Cash process Own the intake and review process for Salesforce enhancement requests and facilitate prioritization discussions Monitor key metrics and recommend system and process enhancements for efficiency and data quality
Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Salesforce-related roles Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a B2B environment Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes including quoting and order management
Experience with Salesforce governance or Center of Excellence models Proven ability to influence business decisions without direct authority
