POSITION SUMMARY:

The technologist conducts standard and complex EEG examinations. The technologist will assist physicians as required with EMG and nerve conduction studies. They support an organizational culture of Service Excellence.

• Provides patient care services to patients of all ages from neonates to geriatric
• Transports patients to and from Neurosciences department.
• Prepares patient for prescribed test.
• Performs test in accordance with physician's orders.
• Assesses the quality of the test.
• Communicates the results of the test in a timely manner to the physician.

• Current CPR.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year previous experience required – 2-3 years preferred.

• 8. Ability to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions.
