Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundational physical therapy skills along with experience or interest in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in women and/or men. This position provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a practice that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care.
Schedule- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor conditions
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to support rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active TX Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pelvic floor therapy strongly preferred (or willing to pursue continuing education in this specialty)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience with womens and/or mens pelvic health, incontinence, prenatal/postpartum rehab, or pelvic pain
- Manual therapy skills and interest in continuing education
- Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation
