• Support licensed therapists in delivering high‑quality rehabilitative care to patients.
• Assist with patient preparation, maintain therapy equipment, and ensure a clean and organized treatment environment.
• Assist therapists in preparing patients for treatment sessions.
• Set up and maintain therapy equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of therapy areas and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing clinic workflow.
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in therapy practice.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 14 days of hire.
• Basic knowledge of physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy principles.

Preferred

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting.
