The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for performing all Respiratory Care procedures in the general and critical care settings.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) verified through NBRC.
- For ER or Pediatric assignments, current PALS certification is required.
- For NICU assignments, current NRP certification is required.
