Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Caregiver to join our team, providing exceptional in-home care and support to individuals who require assistance during the nighttime hours. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by helping them maintain their independence in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

• Provide attentive overnight companionship to clients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility support and personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed.
• Monitor clients' vital signs and respond promptly to any emergencies or alarms.
• Administer medications according to the prescribed schedule and maintain accurate records of all administered doses.
• Prepare light meals and snacks as required, while adhering to any dietary restrictions.
• Perform various housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and orderly environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with clients, family members, and health care professionals to provide updates on the client's condition.
• Document all observations, tasks, and services provided accurately in clients' care logs.

• Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively during overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of emergency response and first aid (current certification is advantageous).
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care.
