Position: Territory Operations Director

Salary: $117,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonus

Annual Bonus

• Healthcare professional with at least 2 years of health-related experience and the education, knowledge, and ability to effectively direct the program.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business and fiscal functions in a health care setting.
• RN License preferred.
• 3‑5 years of people management and administrative experience; preferred experience in home health care or a related health care program.
• Experience in the business and fiscal functions of a health care setting preferred.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order per state and/or organization requirements.

• Responsible for daily operations and clinical services to best serve our patients and staff, organizing and directing agency functions and daily territory operations (including multisite locations as necessary).
• Administratively supervise the provision of quality care to agency clients for the territory.
• Ensure implementation of agency policy and procedures for the territory are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal requirements.
• Manage the selection, training, and development of staff—fostering effective leadership development. Conduct coaching sessions monthly (or more frequently) with direct reports to grow leaders within the organization and address attrition risk.
• Navigate a matrixed business environment; build relationships, influence partnerships with other Accent Care departments, and demonstrate success in a shared responsibility model.
