Role DescriptionAccess Community Credit Union is seeking an office based Quality Control/Compliance Officer. Responsibilities will be to monitor and ensure procedures regarding mortgage loans are being met according to company guidelines and policies. Determines non-compliant operations and documents details. Maintains origination standards to ensure regulatory compliance with state, federal, and underwriting guidelines. Provides management with reports and recommends improvements. Additional responsibilities will include various duties relating to the pre-closing auditing, post-closing audits, reporting and monitoring of selected loan files.
