Healthcare Enrollment CSR - Inbound Calls, No Sales

A staffing service provider is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist healthcare subscribers with enrollment and health insurance questions. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work flexible hours. You will take inbound calls and occasionally do research to respond effectively. The position offers a long-term contract with shifts starting as early as 7 a.m. and ending as late as 10 p.m.
